Shadi Card Video (“we”, shadicardvideo.in) makes wedding invitation videos. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it. हम आपकी जानकारी सिर्फ़ आपका वीडियो बनाने के लिए इस्तेमाल करते हैं।
1. What we collect / हम क्या लेते हैं
- Your name and WhatsApp number — to send the preview and the final video and to talk about your order.
- Wedding details you give us: names of the couple and families, dates, events, venues, RSVP number, special instructions.
- Photos you upload (couple photos, photos of your printed card) — only to make your video.
- Reviews you choose to send, with your consent.
- Basic, anonymous website statistics (page views, device type) via Cloudflare Web Analytics — no cookies, no personal tracking.
2. How we use it / इस्तेमाल
- To make, deliver and revise your invitation video.
- To contact you on WhatsApp about your order.
- Card photos are read by an AI service (Google Gemini) only to extract the text needed for your video.
- We never sell or rent your data, and we do not send you marketing messages without asking.
3. Your video and photos / आपका वीडियो
Your video and photos are private. We will not publish your video, names or photos as a demo or on social media unless you clearly allow it in writing (for example on WhatsApp).
4. Storage and retention / कितने समय तक
Order data is stored on Cloudflare (our website host) and on our work computer. We delete your photos and order details within 90 days after delivery, or earlier if you ask. We keep only what the law requires for payment records.
5. Your rights / आपके अधिकार
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to remove your review. Message us on WhatsApp and we will act within 7 days.
