Refund Policy & Terms

1. How ordering works / ऑर्डर कैसे होता है

• You send your details (form, card photo or WhatsApp) and pay an advance of 50% of the plan price by UPI.
• Within 24 hours we send a watermarked preview on WhatsApp.
• You tell us any changes. The free revisions are: Basic 1, Premium 2, Royal 3.
• After you approve the preview and pay the balance, we send the clean HD video.

2. Refunds / रिफ़ंड

• Before work starts: cancel any time — full refund of the advance.
• After the preview: if we cannot make the video match the details you gave us after the included revisions, we refund your advance in full.
• After the final HD video is delivered: no refund, because the digital video cannot be returned. Mistakes on our side (wrong spelling, wrong date) are always fixed free.
• Refunds are sent to the same UPI account within 7 working days.

3. Your responsibility / आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी

• Please check names, dates, times and venues carefully in the preview. Changes after final delivery count as a new revision (small fee).
• Only upload photos you have the right to use.

4. Music and content / संगीत

Music in our videos is made for us (AI-generated with licensed tools) or chosen from our own library. We do not use film songs or copyrighted tracks. The final video is for your personal use: sharing with guests, WhatsApp, Instagram and other social media is allowed.

5. Delivery time / समय

We aim to send the first preview within 24 hours of receiving complete details and the advance. During peak wedding season, delays can happen; we will always tell you in advance.
